Shipping Policy
Please make sure to verify your shipping and billing information. If your “Bill to” information does not match your credit card, we may place your order on hold and contact you to verify the correct address. In the event we cannot contact you, the order may remain on hold or be canceled at any given time.
Please make sure to verify your “shipping address.” If your order is shipped to a wrong address that was provided by you, the customer, then you may be 100% liable for the cost of the product as well as the shipping cost to that wrong address.
Purchases will be shipped by USPS priority mail or UPS ground unless an specified by the customer. Should the cart not calculate shipping charges due to input errors on the order form, proper shipping charges will be added at the time the order is processed.
Please note, while UPS allows your package to be redirected after it is shipped, they do charge a $11.00 processing fee. This fee will be charged to you should you ask us to have your package rerouted by UPS.
If you place an order and decide to cancel after it has been shipped or if you refuse the package or if there is no one home to receive the package, then you will be charged for the shipping both ways in addition to a 25% restocking fee as per our return policy. For any incorrect address or missing suite #, apartment #, or floor #, UPS charges us $11.00 and if it is your fault, then the cost will be passed on to you.
If your shipment is lost or delayed within the normal time frame based on the shipping option you chose after it is shipped, UPS does offer a refund for the shipping cost. However, when the shipment is delayed due to severe weather, hurricanes, tornadoes, cyclones, earthquakes, or any other natural disaster, you are only entitled to a refund when UPS themselves has failed to deliver the package within the time period expected under “normal” circumstances. RETURN POLICY
If product shipped is defective, we will refund the cost of the product including all shipping costs. Unopened products may be returned within 20 days subject to a 25% restocking fee and be responsible for original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
If UPS or USPS returns the package back to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or is refused upon delivery, there is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Opened or otherwise altered products may NOT be returned. Certain sale items are “final sale” and may not be returned. Please refer to the listing or product description that states “final sale.”
Cancellations
Please be careful to review your order before submitting it. It may not be possible to cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please notify us by email at customerservice@ginnix.com immediately. If we have not yet shipped the product, we will be able to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped when we receive your cancellation, you may return your item(s) subject to our return policy above. You will be responsible for the 25% restocking fee and shipping fees both ways.
Mistakes
If UPS or USPS returns the package to us because there is no one home to sign for the package or an incomplete shipping address, there is a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
If a wrong shipping address was provided to us by the customer, customer is responsible for product costs and shipping costs.
